Case study: Scaling a boutique gym in Balham from growth challenge to full capacity

Eighteen months ago, we partnered with FitnessWorks, a boutique gym and personal training studio in Balham, South London with a clear goal: elevate their marketing, streamline lead generation, and unlock sustainable growth. 

What started as a growth challenge quickly evolved into a long-term scaling success.

Today, the gym operates at full capacity, most classes run with waiting lists, inbound enquiries are consistent every month, and a second location is launching this spring.

When we first began working together, Will (Owner) was doing what most founders do: managing the day-to-day operations of the gym, leading his team, delivering sessions, supporting members, and running the marketing at the same time.
